A long and demanding route, designed for people with good physical condition. The route follows both on asphalt and forest routes. There are wooden houses in Podlasie, including the original peasant cottage from 1836, surrounded by a willow fence, as well as a granary, barn, hay. Next, the trail leads through beautiful meadows and forests of the Białowieża Forest. Then a road called the Wilczy Tryb, which connects with the Narewkowska River and runs along Stara Białowieża. Stara Białowieża is a place that is considered to be the nucleus of today's Białowieża. There is an educational path "Trail of the Royal Oaks and the Grand Dukes of Lithuania". Next, the route runs through another clearing where the former settlement of farmers - Teremiski is located. It houses the Universal University. JJ Lipski founded by Jacek Kuroń. The route is marked in the form of loops. Route 7 is connected by a connecting route to route 6, which leads the so-called Grubolipny Tryb.
