Orthodox Church of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist - Orthodox church parish in Hajnówka. It belongs to the Hajnówka deanery of the Diocese of Warsaw-Bielsk, the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church.
The temple is located at Mikołaja Reja street.
Built in 1995-2007. The temple designed by Jan Kabac has the shape of two crosses superimposed on each other. It has three domes (central and two smaller domes). Inside is a contemporary iconostasis.
