Honey "Lipiec Białowieski"
Natural linden honey, apiaries are located in the Białowieża Forest. The product, in addition to the Protected Designation of Origin and Protected Traditional Origin, is also on the List of Traditional Products and received the award in the Podlasie Brand of the Year.
The taste values of honey were also appreciated by the competition committee "Our Culinary Heritage" as well as by the jury awarding the PERŁA prize in 2008.
