Multiflorous and single-tone natural honeys from the "Toma" Apiary are obtained in the Białowieża Forest region, as well as in the Forest itself, where once a year in the month of July bees bring to the beehive the purest lime honey called "Lipcem Białowieski". Immediately after the harvest of honey, it is poured into jars in which it crystallizes to a solid form, thanks to which it retains all the healing and antibacterial properties specific to each honey species.
